Indian Summer in New York is definitely the most beautiful time of the year. I love walking in the Central Park Alleys admiring all magical colors of tree’s crowns and falling leaves. It reminds me of “Golden Fall” from my native home country Poland.

The one-shoulder look is one that is timeless, while still being very fashion forward for women of all ages. If you don’t already have one, make sure to invest in either a strapless bra, or one that has interchangeable straps. This way, you can rock your one-shoulder look without ever having to worry about what to wear underneath.

We live in such a strange world. So many souls are lost and misguided. Depression is the most common disease. Governments are falling apart. Debt levels for individuals, corporations, and countries are spiraling higher and higher. Finding happiness and fulfillment seemed to have become the most challenging goals of all. What happened? How did it become such a mess? Did we create this?
As a species we are merely existing. We are far from living. There are of course exceptions, but they are far and few. For the majority, finding true happiness and fulfillment seems to be an overwhelming challenge. One that only a few seem to master. Why is that so? Are we aiming for the wrong targets? If we were, then it would be no wonder that we did not get to that magical place where we find inner peace. A young girl called Alice once had the following seemingly casual conversation with a Cheshire cat:
“Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?”
“That depends a good deal on where you want to get to,” said the Cat.
“I don’t much care where –” said Alice.
“Then it doesn’t matter which way you go,” said the Cat.
“– so long as I get somewhere,” Alice added as an explanation.
“Oh, you’re sure to do that,” said the Cat, “if you only walk long enough.”
There is so much depth in this conversation. Are we perhaps aiming for wrong goals? Is depression the number one disease worldwide because we are simply not sure where to go? I believe this to be the case. I for myself have spent a large part of my life to reach a destination that was painfully far away from where my heart and soul belong to.
The challenge for me was that for most of my life I did not know that I was moving towards the wrong destination. Who picked this destination anyway? It was not me. Who picked your destination? Who decided for you what your destiny, your hearts desire in life truly was? Was it you?
If you know your destiny and if you have found your true passion in life, then you
belong to a very selected few. I turned 38 this year and I only just realized who I truly am and what I truly want from my life. Just as Alice I had been walking through my life without a clue of where I wanted to end up. Precisely that, in my opinion, is the reason so many of us feel disconnected and unhappy. If we do not know where we will find fulfillment, how can we expect to reach that magical place? I wrote a book about my challenge finding my destination, my destiny. I created this book to be more than mere entertainment. I wrote it to encourage my readers to reflect on this most important question:

In the morning, remove the water that has been dipped, soaked and put the birdseed in the blender, you can add soy milk and fruit to taste or simply liquefy and birdseed’s milk sweetened with honey (no sugar), which is a nutritious milk and energy to start the day (morning) and to finish it.It is very important not to sweeten the milk with white sugar, which is very harmful and irritating on your body, besides destroying the enzymes and the powerful effect of this milk. You can add some cinnamon. Avoid refined sugar whenever you can, and if you have small children do not get used to the milk sugar or candy.
