Who is to say that exercising has to be such an irritating and unattractive experience? I’ve learned to switch my mind from viewing a workout as a nuisance by rather using it as an opportunity to dress and look the part. By having the right outfit to wear for a workout it becomes less about the sweat and more about the style! Without having my vibrant and fashionable gear for inspiration, I wouldn’t have been able to keep up with such a healthy and fit lifestyle. I have developed a new interest in Soul Cycling, Physique 57as well as competing in challenges that have pushed my body’s fitness levels past what I thought they could do. By looking fitness ready you will ultimately feel like no workout is impossible. When slipping on my favorite Lulu Lemon tank top and comfy Beyond Yoga pants I always feel prepared to conquer whatever activity lies ahead of me.
New trends in fitness wear make it easier to mentally prepare for the conditioning to come and they motivate me to squeeze into those tight yet trendy workout clothes. Bright colors, bold patterns, and sexy cutouts are just some of the many upcoming styles that make any session in the gym a way to show off your hard earned figure. Everyone has their own personal workout identity including their favorite labels to help them look like a fitness master. Are you tired of hiding your belly under baggy tops? YES! Are you tired of buying pants a size too big to cover up your love handles? YES! So, are you ready to eliminate your belly and have a flat stomach? YESSS! If you really want to eliminate your muffin top for good and win an elusive six-pack, follow these steps and make it happen.
Your body is like a chain; the best way of burning that belly fat is by working all of your muscles groups in order to get that killer six-pack. Don’t concentrate on doing just abs or crunches, work on every muscle of your body to strengthen your body and burn calories.
Secondly, start balancing on the palm of your hand and balls of your feet, that way you will core abdominal muscles, practice balance, and strengthen your chest and back muscles.
My third step is the toughest battle, eliminating love handles. The best way of getting rid of them is by doing side-bench stretch. Although they will not be removed 100%, you will break down the fat that is build in that zone of your body.
The following step and one of the most important: the food! Eliminate preservatives and focus on eating whole, quality, organic foods rich in nutrients. Beans and legumes, berries, and nuts are three great foods that help you burn fat more rapidly. So prepare a snack before heading to the gym with one of these three foods, and don’t be scare to alternate them.
This next step may be challenging for some of you, eliminating alcohol and sugar. Alcohol is your worst enemy, it contains estrogen that holds onto the weight and stimulates your appetite. Ergo eliminate it until you’ve achieved your health goal.
Our last step is to reduce sodium intake and up water intake. By reducing and eliminating sodium intake, you reduce the chances of bloating and water retention. And this is no brainer; drink 8 or more glasses of water a day.
By eating healthy, doing at least 45 minutes of exercise a day, and following these simple steps you will win that body you’ve always dreamed of faster than a heartbeat. These tips will help you shed inches and pounds, banish the bloat, and feel even more beautiful. Hello, skinny jeans!

I keep saying that I don’t know what would have I done if I never met Dr. Clement in my life. One thing is certain that when a student is ready teacher always appears. The core principle to well being here is based on raw living food diet. For some this could be totally new experience and challenge to get used to. Give it a time and you will be pleasantly surprised of developing new delicious palete. Hippocrates diet consists of 80% raw and 20% cooked food. They devoted their life to a powerful mission of helping thousands to create the life filled with meaning, wisdom and wonder. There has been so much to absorb and digest from each speaker, and digestive enzymes had nothing to do with it. I barely had any time to sleep trying to process and sort out everything I was learning. They all brought some unique intelligence, definition of personal success, knowledge, passion, encouragement, devotion and huge heart. We were all wired up, interactive with questions and quickly grasping to each revelation as each speaker was taking the stage. I am a practical gal who likes to implement such wisdom right on the spot. My head was spinning from astonishment and flow of accurate information quickly filling up my notebook. I must say I really enjoyed immensely lectures of Victoras Kulvinskasco founder, with Wigmore of Hippocrates Institute. He is a walking wellness library ready to be shared at any asked moment. You can just turn pages in his genius brain and find answer to every inquiry. I also was drowned to Dr. Brian and Anna Maria Clements with Q&A session. They got my juices flowing much before they were physically poured and served. I got lots of clarity, and wish I could stop the time. It was a natural progression of what I have became aware of. They really created my own personal revolution: how I nourish my body and listen to it, reshuffle priorities, values, and choices.
This has been transformational guide to my personal inspiration. I have learned that I m now conscious of how every choice I make can have an impact on everything and everyone around. We are all like supporting family.

2. I have learned great value and benefits of wheat grass, sprouts, and blue green algae. These super foods give enormous amounts of energy and vitality allowing our physique to function on optimal level. Your body and mind will thank you for it through your increased energy levels, the health of your skin, and stronger immune system.
3. Only fox can digest eggs
4. Tomato is a fruit
5. Watermelon is a new Viagra.
6. Cashews are poisonous. They are not sold raw as claimed and contained urushiol that can create significant skin rashes, and can be toxic when ingested.
7. Avocado is a source of healthy bacteria
8. The day you rest you develop muscles
9. Fish goes rancid when is out of water for more then 20 minutes
10. Melons are meant to eat alone. They digest within 15-30 minutes
11. Coconut oil is great for teeth pulling. It will make your gums stronger and will kill bacteria
12. Mongbeans fight flu and restore gray hair
13. Right food combining: carbohydrates don’t mix with protein. Starches don’t mix with protein, fruits, avocado. Fruits don’t mix with vegetables, and protein.
14. Antibiotics don’t kill viruses but bacteria
15. To eat fruits you must be healthy. They should be 15% of your overall diet. Sugar feeds Candida and cancer.
16. Chocolate is made of agave and nibs.
17. Don’t put apple cider vinegar to food as it kills enzymes.
18. Proteins don’t put weight on, carbohydrates do
