Sylwia’s smoothie recipe:

1 Young Coconut (pour the water out and scoop out yummy coconut meat)

1 Champagne or 1 Atkins mango

3 scoops or (tbs) of organic raw hemp powder (source of 16g of protein)

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 dragon fruit

smoothie

For the sweeter taste I like to add 1 tbs of agave (or stevia) + boost my immune system with 1 tbs organic SAIGON cinnamon.

Mix all ingredients together in VITAMIX (preferably) until smooth solid texture for about 60 seconds.
